Part I — DMCA Copyright Policy

Digital Asset Design ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users and clients to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

Our Content

All original content published on this website — including text, design elements, graphics, and code created by Digital Asset Design — is the intellectual property of Digital Asset Design and is protected by United States copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our content without express written permission is prohibited.

Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notice)

If you believe that content on our website infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to us containing the following information, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):

• A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest
• A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will investigate and, if appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to us containing the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your district, or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which we may be found

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of clients or users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Client Responsibility

When we build websites, funnels, or other digital assets for clients, the client is solely responsible for ensuring that all content, images, logos, text, and other materials they provide to us are properly licensed or owned by them. We will not knowingly incorporate infringing materials into client projects. If you provide us with infringing content, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any resulting claims.

Part II — CAN-SPAM Compliance Policy

Digital Asset Design complies with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, which establishes requirements for commercial email messages. This section describes our email practices and your rights regarding commercial email communications from us.

Our Email Practices

• We identify ourselves. Every commercial email we send clearly identifies Digital Asset Design as the sender, including our physical mailing address.
• Honest subject lines. We do not use deceptive subject lines or misleading "From" information in our emails.
• Clear advertising identification. Any email that is an advertisement is clearly and conspicuously identified as such.
• Opt-out mechanism. Every commercial email we send includes a clear and easy way to opt out of receiving future emails. This is typically an unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email.
• We honor opt-out requests promptly. We process opt-out requests within 10 business days. Once you opt out, we will not send you further commercial emails unless you re-subscribe.
• No selling of email lists. We do not sell, rent, or transfer email addresses to third parties for the purpose of sending unsolicited commercial email.

Please note that transactional or relationship emails related to an active service agreement (such as project updates, invoices, or support communications) are not commercial promotional emails and are not subject to opt-out under CAN-SPAM.

Third-Party Email Services

We may use third-party email marketing platforms (such as GoHighLevel, MailChimp, Aweber, or others) to send emails on our behalf. These platforms are contractually required to comply with CAN-SPAM and applicable email regulations.
